Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer the following shipping methods and for orders shipped within the continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (3-5 business days)

Additional shipping methods are available for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see the available options and costs for your location.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment. For small orders, this means your order will be prepared and handed off to the shipping carrier within that timeframe. For large orders, you will be given an estimated completion date for manufacturing. Please note, these times are separate from the actual transit time once the package is picked up by the carrier. The transit time depends on the shipping method selected and location.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for order fulfillment:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS

The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method, package size/weight, and destination. The carrier name and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Damages and Missing Items

We take great care in packaging all orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 5 business days on the the Contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping is handled on a per order basis. Shipping rates and transit times vary by location. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. You will have the option to cancel the backorder or wait for the item to be restocked.
